I'm your programming coach! I'm originally from Puyallup, Washington, and have lived in the Tri-Cities for almost four years. I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a master's degree in Athletic Training. I'm excited to continue growing with all of you and help you make meaningful progress toward your goals. Exercise is my passion. It's not just about staying fit — it's about feeling truly alive. I believe movement is one of the keys to happiness, and I love sharing that joy, confidence, and energy with others.
