Yes, and it's most of what we do. We start by mapping how you actually move, which shows us your limitations and compensations rather than guessing at them. From there we build a program around what your body will tolerate, modify anything that needs modifying, and progress you as you get stronger. We coach members through knee and shoulder problems, back pain, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and clients using walkers, canes and prosthetics. Many come to us straight out of physical therapy, and local providers refer patients to us for exactly that.

We work with a lot of members who are. The concern with rapid weight loss is that you lose muscle alongside the fat, which is exactly what you don't want. We track your body composition specifically so we can see the difference, and we program resistance training to protect the muscle you have.
